Our coaching services are designed are rooted in racial healing and strengths based engagement frameworks. Leaning into our REDI approach coaching clients are provided guidance focused on the “here and now” to help you reach your personal and professional leadership goals. We specializing in supporting leaders of color with over 2 decades of experience working at the community, organizational and municipality level leading adaptive campaigns and equity initiatives.

Using the 4-types of racism framework and 360 view of your leadership you will build tools to address personal, interpersonal and institutional challenges.
